Create Closed Captions With YouTube

You can use YouTube to create Closed Captions! YouTube automatically generates captions for your uploaded videos – just wait a few minutes after upload. Then, you can edit them to perfection and leave the video there – OR you can download the captions and use them with your video elsewhere!
